RESERVATION / PAYMENT

Guarantee your reservation, you must pay by bank transfer transferência30% of the total amount of the reservation. You must send proof of payment by email within 48 hours after making the online reservation. Failure to send proof implies the cancellation of the reservation.

INVOICE:
If you wish to invoice with NIF, you must fill in the “NIF” field when booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations more than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total cost of the reservation. (July 15th to September 15th) For cancellations more than 15 days before check-in, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total cost of the reservation. (from 15 September to 15 July)

GENERAL RULES / INFORMATION
Our houses have a maximum capacity in relation to the number of guests that are perfectly defined on our page. Whenever the guest exceeds the number provided in his reservation, we reserve the right to charge 150 euros/night per extra guest;
Pets are denied;
We have our own place for garbage separation;
We have a washing machine;
We have bicycles for free use (upon availability);
The pool treatment lacks chlorine;
The space associated with Quinta do Olival is for the exclusive use of its guests (excludes visits);
The guest must behave carefully in the use of all the space in the house. In case of deliberate damage to space, its equipment, or utensils, the guest will be held responsible for the damage caused;
It is forbidden to use indoor furniture abroad (we have tables and chairs for this purpose);
It is prohibited to smoke inside the house;
